I’m just a plainspoken Colorado criminal defense lawyer, but the way I see it…
I polled all of our Republican senators asking what might be their reason not to hear actual witnesses, or view actual documents, in the trial of Donald John Trump. I particularly inquired of the nineteen lawyers among them, whether they had ever conducted, attended, or even heard of, a trial that did not include documents and witnesses.

As the democrats failed to conduct a fair hearing in the House and refused to go through the rigor of going to court to enforce Supenas and as they have thoroughly discredited ambassador Bolton and delayed delivery of the articles for over a month shows that this is just a political circus below the dignity of the Senate and the American people.
